FUNDING for Redland City roads announced in this week's State Budget includes:
Capalaba electorate
* $9.06 million to complete duplication from two to four lanes from Vienna Road on Redland Bay Road, Alexandra Hills.
* $1.2 million for resurfacing of asphalt between Old Cleveland Road and Windemere Road.
* $530,000 to complete improving traffic signals at Allenby Road and Vienna Road intersection.
* $106,000 for parking facilities on Capalaba College.
* $5000 for parking facilities at Capalaba State School.
* $1.6 million to commence repairing and strengthening pavement sections between Old Cleveland Road and Vienna Road.
* $566,000 to widen pavement section on Quarry Road between Clive Road and Rosewood Street.
* $400,000 for resurfacing of asphalt between Redland Bay Road and Mary Pleasant Drive.
* $2.12 million under the South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Project to continue the planning phase for intersection improvements on Redland Bay Road between Tingalpa Creek and Taylor Road.
Cleveland electorate
* $566.000 to widen pavement section on Quarry Road between Clive Road.
* $400,000 for resurfacing of asphalt between Redland Bay Road and Mary Pleasant Drive.
* $1 million this year to commence the installation of traffic signals at Magnolia Road and Ziegenfusz Road, on the Cleveland-Redland Bay Road.
* $334,000 to improve the intersection at Shore and Gordon Streets, on Shore Street West Road.
* $140,000 for passenger set-down facilities at Ormiston State School.
* $100,000 for bitumen reseal between Sand Mining Road and Midjimberry Street
* $100,000 to complete a planning study on Shore Street and Wellington Street intersection.
* $2.12 million under the South East Queensland Infrastructure Plan and Project to continue planning for the duplication from two to four lanes between South Street and Boundary Road, on the Cleveland - Redland Bay Road.
* $424,000 for route lighting on sections of Cleveland - Redland Bay Road between Bloomfield Street and Long Street.
Redlands electorate
* $2.12 million for planning of the duplication of Cleveland-Redland Bay Road between South Street and Boundary Road;
* $2.12 million will be allocated under the SEQIPP to continue the planning phase for intersection improvements on Duncan and Mount Cotton Roads between Tingalpa Creek and Taylor Road;
* $424,000 to complete route lighting on sections of Cleveland-Redland Bay Road and Bloomfield Street between Long Street and Melanie Street;
* $303,000 to continue the installation of guardrails on Mount Cotton Road.
