ALLSTARS Netball Club at Wellington Point is the latest sporting group to benefit from a grant under the Redland Mayor's Small Grant program.
The club, based at Redland Sporting Club fields, has been given $500, to go towards updating its website.
President Sarah Smith said the club had big plans for the future.
"After a highly successful season both on and off the courts in 2011, season 2012 will be an enormous year of growth for Allstars," she said.
"Planning is well under way to double the number of teams that currently play for our club, as well as the addition of grass courts for junior training.
"We have a wonderful netball club based on the fundamentals of Fun, Fitness, Friendship, but after nearly 10 years of competition it is time to look at our brand and ensure it takes us into the next part of our history."
New players are welcome to join Allstars, with all teams from Under 7 to Seniors being coached by accredited coaches, and having low uniform costs and fees. Sign on days are being held on February 1, 4 and 5.
