A large cabin cruiser, which fell off a truck and landed on Shore Street, has caused a major traffic jam for Cleveland motorists.
The thirty-foot boat broke free from the truck at around 2pm near KFC, Cleveland.
Owner Leo Sherling said he wasn't sure how the boat fell off but was sorry for inconveniencing motorists.
"It just came off. I was in the car behind it and it just came off," he said.
"Either a hook on the front broke or something, I don't know."
Leo said he was moving the boat from a holding yard to near his home in Mt Gravatt.
"It's a pretty solid boat so it won't be damaged. You could hit a brick wall with it and it wouldn't break," he said.
"There will probably a little superficial stuff to do underneath it, but now the fun starts trying to get it off the road."
Police are redirecting traffic around the boat.
