Crimewatch: Thieves ransack Raby Bay house

THIEVES went on a stealing spree at a house in Bollard Circuit, Raby Bay, between 2.15pm and 9.50pm on Saturday, May 26.

They ransacked all the rooms throughout the house and stole jewellery and watches.

Two dux badges, two jewellery boxes, running shoes, sunglasses, a kitchen knife and two smaller pocket knives were also stolen.

The thieves broke into the house by climbing through a small bathroom window.

Birkdale

A laptop, iPad and a handbag were stolen from a house in Boom Court between 8am on Sunday, May 20 and 6am on Monday, May 21. The thieves got into the house through an unlocked garage door while the homeowners were home.

Jewellery, DVDs and prescription medicine were stolen from a house in Birdwood Road on Sunday, May 27. It is not known how the thieves got into the house.

Wellington Point

Farm produce was stolen from a shed in Main Road between 6pm on Wednesday, May 23 and 5pm on Thursday, May 24. The rear door was jemmied open.

A white ute hit a car parked outside Wellington Point State School and was driven away without the driver exchanging details.

The ute hit the car at about 8.30am on Monday, May 28. The parked car had minor damage.
