Run with a group
BAYSIDE Runners and Walkers' next 5km time trial is on Saturday, August 25. Come and join (for free) a large and growing group that meets every Saturday at 6am in the car park, corner Colburn and Masters avenues, Victoria Point (near the Air Sea Rescue). The groupencourages and supports runners and walkers of all ages or level of fitness. The Saturday session is a 40-50 minute run/walk along the waterfront. You can go as fast or slow as you like, beginners will be supported by an experienced runner. Afterwards we meet at the local bakery (the Oven King, Colburn Avenue, Victoria Point) for coffee and a chat. Midweek runs are organised weekly to cater for those entering upcoming events, including walks, 3km, 5km, 10km up to the 42.2km marathon events. Redlands Healing Rooms
GOD is love. At the Redlands Healing Rooms we have a "love anointing" that we pray over people. It is powerful to see how God touches people through His love and through our hands. Mater Pharmacy Baby Clinic
Mater Pharmacy Redland has a Mater midwife available every Monday from 9am to noon. Services available include weighing and measurement of your baby, advice on sleeping difficulties, lactation, breast feeding and weaning, answering any questions you may have on the general health of your child. Whether you are seeking information about managing your health after giving birth, safe medications while breastfeeding, or hiring equipment such as breast pumps, this is a free service and everyone is welcome.

Dance for Life for women
ARE you in your 40s to 60s plus and would like some regular exercise that's also great fun regardless of your shape, size or ability? The Jazz with Pizazz and Magical Tap programs will give you a guaranteed stress busting, confidence building and interesting workout. We also run Taste for Life, a sustainable weight loss and healthy eating support group (free for our regulars) and much, much more. NEW one hour dance and fitness clases are on offer on Mondays from 9.15am for teens to babyboomers at the Redlands RSL, Cleveland. The cost is $12. REDLANDS Christian Spritual Centre will hold a Meditation Spirtual Awareness group meeting on Thursday, August 2 from 10am-noon.
