CRIMEWATCH: Thirsty thief steals Vodka 

A YOUTH stole a bottle of vodka from the Liquorland store in Moreton Bay Road, Capalaba, between 11.45am and 12.20pm on Sunday, August 12.

The man is described as being 17, of Caucasian appearance, with a slim build and brown, shaggy hair.

He was wearing long, cream-coloured cargo pants, a black t-shirt with three yellow designs, a jumper over his shoulder, and black thongs.

Police are investigating the incident and reviewing CCTV footage.

Capalaba

Police were called to an out-of-control party, with youths fighting in the street, in Beenwerrin Crescent between 1.30am and 4am on Saturday, August 11. Three vehicles parked nearby - a Nissan Navara, a Toyota Corolla and a Toyota Hilux were vandalised. Police would like anyone with information about the incidents to contact them.

Cleveland

A small sedan was set on fire in Shore Street at 2.30am. QFRS attended the incident. No one was injured.

Victoria Point

Vandals damaged three windows at Victoria Point State High School during the weekend of Friday, August 10, to Monday, August 13.
